Was that Chloe's face on Ni'Jah? Also why tf she got away with that s***?
lmaooo too many questions left unanswered
yes
the reason why she started killing is her guilt over marissa’s death (& Ni’Jah lol). they promised each other they’d meet her so by meeting her she’s (delusionally) filled her promise

All of that could have been shown as part of the normal show as well. This felt like a random detour just to f\*\*\* with us and make us look whether it was an actual show or not lol
billie eillish has got some good screen prescence!
She killed that, her agent better be hooking her up with some gigs.

thats why i didnt like it much
spent the whole show not really explaining anything ok whatever and then did a whole episode on what felt like it was supposed to be some big revelation but its actually just the most basic character info they could have offered they just chose never to mention it so they could dump it all at once

It was a creative af

I don’t think the episodes purpose was to explain anything, lol there isn’t anything to explain, the plot is simple af “crazy stan loses friend and goes on a killing spree”.
The episode was suppose to be a fake documentary showcasing “this is what inspired our Swarm show” even tho it’s not a real documentary, just being a creative mindfuck

it is that but its also the literal explanation to so many things that are touched upon but never directly explained throughout the show until now dre's real connection with marissa, the spilling the milk thing, her desire for constant connection with someone, why she isnt connected with her family
the rest of the show plays all these as things they might want you to think about and the documentary episode just throws it all out the window and gives you cement answers but none of them are really crazy enough to justify some big reveal it all feels so strange coming from the team behind atlanta especially when this was one of their notes for that show and is something theyve done so well before
