huhhhh???
She was inside his home throwing s*** breaking s*** and attacking him and Joe had to restrain her until police arrived. unfortunately while attempting to hold her down the baby did not make it
Im doing mental gymnastics lol youve changed your point like 3 times?
Im saying the term sexual assault (usually prefixed with a “violent”) is often used interchangeably with the term rape.
In the exact same way that you could refer to a wife getting killed by her husband as domestic violence or as murder.
Ok, maybe im wrong and people have gone to prison for fighting with their brother - what does that change?
Youre saying DV can never be as serious as rape on principle cos it has a broad defintion, but im saying DV also = someone killing their partner, how is that not serious?

Nice try Rory

If anything this shows the lengths Joe went to NOT lay hands on this woman and restrain instead, actually accidentally causing miscarriage to his unborn child

ok thats not as bad i thought homie was just straight wylin
What relevance has that got to anything youve said lol?
Im not here trying to defend Charlemagne, i dont know his story but if hes been accused of sexual assault or rape then absolutely agree with you hes an awful person.
My problem is you’re acting like DV is exclusively siblings having a scuffle or a couple having a minor altercation so its not that serious, when the reality is that a lot of DV leaves people dead or making multiple trips to emergency wards.
If the accusations against Joe are true, they’re a lot closer to the hospitalisation side of DV than the minor scuffle - but you’re trying to play off getting thrown down the stairs as “getting into it with your girl”. Normalising violence like that is f***ed up bro
You wouldn't ask that because rape and DV are two totally different situations. That a***ogy makes 0 sense.
