So to answer my question, the answer is no.. You don't know how hard it is to prove that something happened in a private place.
You ASSUME that it can't be reflective of a 1% conviction rate
But you don't KNOW bc you haven't actually looked into it you are literally just talking out your ass based on how you feel

Think about what you ate for breakfast yesterday (if you were alone, that is, if not go back every day until you ate breakfast alone). Try to come up with evidence that could prove that you are telling the truth about what you ate to a complete stranger, beyond a reasonable doubt (more than 99% sure)

Hopefully this will show you how hard it is

Makes no sense, why would takeoff rape someone, is this behavior consistent with how he treats other women he has been involved with?
Does he not know how to properly communicate with women?!
If more women come forward claiming he treated them similar the it will become more believable to me

Why do niggas jump to defend an alleged rapist instead of at the very least being neutral? Yes,fake allegations happen but those are very few compared to real accusations

so the fact that there is currently over 200,000 untested rape kits dating back to the 1970s has absolutely nothing to do with the low convinction rates?

Well...I visited a women's jail once (not as a prisoner obviously). There was a woman who was highly dangerous there. She was said to be very beautiful and manipulative, like something out of movie. She manipulated her female lover into killing her husband and chopping his body up and hiding it in the Sahara Desert while they were on vacation. Her conviction was laughable, something like 3 years. After she got out, she more or less did the same thing in a new love triangle and then finally got locked away for life. Would a man have received such a lenient sentencing? I don't know.

Judges are humans too. They have their biases. The difference between 7 years and 3 months and 7 years and 1 month might just come down to how much the judge likes or sympathizes with you. Most criminal law judges are men, most family law judges are women and so on. From my anecdotal experience, criminal law judges will be more lenient towards white people than non-white people, more lenient towards women than men, more lenient towards educated people than uneducated people.

As far as domestic abuse towards men goes, I doubt that anybody takes it seriously. The judges are biased but many cops are straight up white knights and might even arrest the assaulted man first before even thinking about arresting the assaulting woman. A lot of legal systems, for example, only classified a crime as rape when it was vaginal penetration, which obviously meant that men could not be raped. Another crime is exhibitionism: In Germany, only a man can be punished for being naked in public, not a woman. The law is gendered in this way in most countries I would assume.

Perhaps the opinions are changing depending on the country, but female-on-men assault or rape isn't really taken that seriously. Most men still hold paternalistic views of women, most men still believe women are weak and men are strong - this is, for me, the definition of "toxic masculinity".

Bc you are assuming if all of those were tested that that would lead to a higher than 1% conviction rate which you just don't know bc there are so many more variables that go into needing a conviction. You don't even know the variables that go into why those kits were untested vs the ones that were

And you are assuming that rape isn't being taken as seriously as other crimes but you don't know if there are also 200k police reports of assault that were never looked into, 200k reports of burglary, etc etc

Like I said before, you are literally basing this off of how you feel. And now that I've called you out on it you are trying to cherry pick articles and statistics to back up your stance instead of actually trying to be impartial and search for the truth
