People ask why she would sue instead of Calling the cops.... I feel like if I were a woman I’d rather make a million dollars and destroy his image instead of having him locked up... would you want to work somebody s***ty job when you could get paid 6 figures?

Tupac claimed he was innocent, and her story wasn't consistent in the interview I saw of her.

burden of proof required in a criminal court is also way higher than in a civil court, and a lot of sexual assault cases are basically impossible to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, but maybe this girl has enough evidence to at least squeeze a check

i mean you can do both though and it's best he's off the streets so he cant harm anyone else. but the point about the police's dismal record with rape cases is a good one
