He definitely fell off since lonerism/currents
The Slow Rush got a lot of good s*** man
Told y’all this album slaps
I heard some Utopia influence đź‘€
It is ok. Everything is very easy to listen to, very poppy. Nothing about any of the tracks particularly impress me or leave any lasting impression.
If you told me this was this was the product of a focus group song camp waiting for some popstar to re-record the vocals, Id believe you. Just completely unnoteworthy.
The Slow Rush got a lot of good s*** man
slow rush was decent imo it showed a decline in his songwriting ability still has some good songs like on track but yeah deadbeat just proves my initial feeling that he is declining which i hate to see

Maybe lyrically but musically it was still very solid overall imo. I would even go as far as to say it was underrated, just because it followed up how monumental Currents was impact wise.
Deadbeat has its moments but I’ve listened to it front and back 5 times and it’s definitely his weakest to me.

Trav a d***rider

ong why they acting like Travis Scott the voice of reason if this album is good or not lmao
btw I do think the album is good but just clearly his worst in the discog (like a student getting a 7/10 when all his exams are 9 or 10/10s)
The Slow rush was some serious ass fr this album exceeded that s*** by a lot that’s probably why I f*** with it hard ngl lol I thought mans fell off after that album and he just came back around like he never left
Losers really might be my new fav from Tame
Such a relatable song. And the production is incredible. That guitar/bass line is crazy
