The drums so soft on here feel some of of these so far could be extremely produced-out with 1989 punchy ass pop perfection drum mixes but they went for soft drum machines that are quieter than everything else

Fortnight was alright, gotta relisten. Post sounded good but had a smaller part than I imagined

the title track is pretty tho, sounding good to my ears. the lines in the second verse do stick out lol her younger fans gonna eat up the golden retriever line i guess

It's funny Mk.Gee has one of my favorite albums of the year and I keep having moments listening to this where some of the songs feel like they occupy a similar world

Significantly more polished obviously but for a megastar pop album to even remind me of that is a great thing, I'm really liking this so far
