They shoulda stopped signing artists after SiR and just kept s*** small the more they try to expand the more the artists are pushed aside they don't have the resources and infrastructure to help all these artists grow

You could start to see the label struggling right around the time they started signing more artists around 2017/2018.

They had a perfect amount when it was just Black Hippy + Zay + SZA.

Now they got artists like Doechii who are talented af but are getting sidelined because they trying work on a release schedule that worked when they only had 6 artists signed to the label.

Also I think Reason is definitely out of TDE.
