If there was no Chief Keef there would be no Durk no BK drill no UK drill
No more thots
No more opps
No G Herbo
No Juice Wrld technically
List goes on
How many hits did he have after 2012?
And for the record, king louie started drill so this like saying if not for him none of them would exist derefore he top 4
he doesn't have kendrick during the time he dropped tpab?
Cause that s*** was ass

Na niggas dont care about King Louie you know that
Everybody knows this drill s*** because of Keef
You right he didnt have commercial hits or nothing like that but he birthed a whole generation theres no denying it i feel like thats enough for the spot
no outkast?
that's the biggest omission i was thinking about
and luda being there for 06-10 is that for his feature on taio cruz's "break your heart" and literally nothing else?
Five year increments is lame. Gotta be at least a decade for that s*** to matter otherwise we get s*** like Chance and Travis being on a Mt Rushmore
Chance the rapper
I started off by saying this ain’t that bad as I was reading then I saw chance and almost had an heart attack 😂
not the whole period but chance wasn’t exactly that prolific in 2017-18 or in 2014-15
He had a big 2016 for sure
Uzi had XO tour life, bad and boujee, the way life goes, money longer, new Patek, shoota all during that period
I don’t think chance can really touch that
Yeah ur right about that in terms of individual output. I think he's just focusing on the climate at the time. Chance still was hot off Acid Rap for a while and 2016 he had a huge year. You could argue it was bigger than Uzi in 2017 given the success of coloring book plus ultralight beam being a big record. Then im the one nearly went diamond. Uzi didn't truly take off until 2017 imo so it's kinda like a crossover. I would say for those 5 years it was chance but the last 3 it was uzi.
Everybody should just resign from tde
can't believe that this dude is the one in charge of kendrick sza isaiah rashad and q releases
that's like giving the nuclear codes to a non-functioning alcoholic
Na niggas dont care about King Louie you know that
Everybody knows this drill s*** because of Keef

Niggas NOW know drill because of keef but King Louie had buzz lmao. I knew who he was. Even before finally rich i was in tune with drill music and forums were as well I could probably find some threads about artists product pre-finally rich. Point is when you gotta quantify s***, keef is nowhere to be found man. Influence and Impact aint enough if the numbers dont add up
Honestly, Punch probably put wayne in 02-06 cause his generation knew wayne since way back. Carter I is bigger than a lot of niggas realize we just didnt know cause we grew up in different times. Wayne had like 9 mixtapes by that time. Still wild for the luda placement tho
doesn’t mean there aren’t a number of artists who make more sense in that spot
Migos?
Uzi?
Meek?
Sean?
S*** even xxxtentacions run from 17-18 could put him above chance
I’m not agreeing with Punch but it’s all opinion
