Because everyone else is established and that is what a label is supposed to do with new artists, I know its a foreign concept because most labels just let new artists rot on the shelf, but TDE is doing it right b

lol rot on the shelf and tde are synonymous with each other at this point. what good is announcing an artist when they gotta wait 3 years to release a teaser track after that first album. half the label will be in there 40s by the time they get around to releasing that 3rd album...

other users kind of already mentioned this but id be more inclined to agree if they didnt kinda do this to other people on their label inversely. they're weird with their signees and scheduling. i def get promoting artists but its just a little odd to me how they're going hard with promoting one of the least accessible/smallest fanbases on their label. i guess it's because it's not a joint deal and he's only signed to TDE so they don't need to deal with licensing like they do with everyone else?
