This also really interests me, they have a really low re-incarceration rate even though the prisons are nice af. Rehabilitation>punishmentWell they arent but not because they are low but because thwy are low compared to the reat of europe. In Sweden, businesses pay uo to around 20% in progressive taxes while the common folk pays around 60%
