Yes he is in Tekken 8 lol... He's been hinted at in the stage in the Kazuya/Jin trailer.

And well in regards to Dragunov... We'll have to wait to see if he will be included in the game or part of Season Pass 1, 2 or 3 etc. or whenever they will add him

The rumours everyone is going with is that characters like Bob and Leroy aren’t gonna be in the game and honoured through backgrounds but we shall see. It’d be crazy if Leroy didn’t make it tbh
