Watching this masterpiece, once again.
1979 (Theatrical Cut) over the redux and final cut, although I am a fan of the french plantation scene it ust interferes to much the the flow of the original narrative and feels like a distraction from the mission at hand. I do appreciate it though in it's own self-contained form.

On YT there are alot more scenes from Hopper extracted from the work print. His potrayal is often overlooked, but he is 100% convincing in his performance.
