Real crack up innit? Bet one of your lads had to leave the cinema and take the lift down to the loo to take the piss? Did you cap the night off with some brews at your flat afterwards? Perhaps some fish and chips?

    You good?

    Jerry Seinfeld

That chainsaw scene was genuinely unhinged that I audibly started laughing and I truly felt like a weirdo in the middle of that theater

Mfs arguing that this series misogynistic, got bad acting, and horrible story might be true but it’s s*** like that scene that makes me love this series. S*** is so over the top it’s comical and i feel like a lot of movies haven’t pushed past that. Barring human centipede or serbian film type movies

  • Oct 31, 2024

Prefer the second one simply for more interesting human story but this one was ok

    Lol damn

I've been following movie piracy since like 2002 and I personally can't remember a single DCP leak.

Modern day talk of one happening, because of the multiple layers of encryption failsafes, has been a subject like 'It could LITERALLY never happen'. Articles and scene talk out the ass about it.

That's why I always say never say never

  • Nov 3, 2024

Nah this was the worst of the 3 movies.
I enjoyed the first one mainly because of Art, but after the first movie you see less and less of him.

The 3rd movie seemed personal, it ruined the whole movie. And there was to much talk, what made the movie fun and good to me was the fact that he doesn't talk, he just kills, now he had that sidechick b**** talking through the whole movie.

I like how raw and realistic the first one felt

Like it would be wild asf if some s*** like that went down but it’s not completely out of the realm of possibility

The 2nd movie goes into fantasy horror territory

    +1

The first one was surprisingly good, as it left me with the feeling that someone really could be such a sick person, and just the thought of that made the film a great horror experience. In my opinion, the bad acting even added to it—a fantastic slasher horror movie. The second one was also good, but the theme shifted more towards the supernatural, which, for me, ruined the series lowkey. Whatever happens, my second thought is that we’re dealing with supernatural characters, and the original appeal that made the first film so captivating for me is gone.

Exactly! The bad acting added to the realism in a way. It was like “these aren’t people that are giving an Oscar worthy performance, these are people who are scared s***less and just reacting to the wild s*** Art is doing” lol

Such a nice cooldown for your Christmas.

If your idea of a cooldown is prying a woman’s mouth open with a tube and shoving rats down it.

The finale hits so suddenly that I thought it was a dream sequence. The more it goes on, the more you get this sinking feeling of “oh no, this can’t be real. You’re telling me that skull is Jonathan’s and he was killed off screen?”

Art will tickle your balls while he chainsaws your a******, or he’ll wrap up a bomb and hand it to you. There’s no sense of rhythm. No order. It’s all senseless, nihilistic glee. A snow angel in blood.

Throwaway hallmark dialogue transforms into setup and payoff for our fabled magic sword. Sienna gets to be Jesus, and Jesus is the reason for the season. The third installment in the Terrifier series is still weirder, and full of more personality than any other slasher franchise on the market.

The first kills of the movie are teased out like their own short film. Still with the same amateur feel, but even more confidence in the playful, fetishistic vision. The title credits hit as a little girl is found hiding in a cupboard. The movie’s message is clear: No one is safe. Art won’t stop for crying little girls, or sugar plum fairies, or any of that innocent Christmas bullshit. It’s time to grow up.

Santa isn’t real. But… the devil is. At least in this universe. Can’t wait to see where Sienna goes next time.

I agree, I actually went to the bathroom right before the final fight and when I came back I was like this gotta be a dream / hallucination. Sped that s*** tf up. Already 2 hours long idk why they decided to do that.

I said the same thing, but that’s why I liked it. It’s shocking. It’s horrifying to think you’re watching a dream and then have it slowly dawn on you, nah, this s*** is real.
