Special session expires in two weeks so they just have to wait it out and the session will end and they won’t be able to redraw the maps

Yeah there’s no actual charges against them. They’re just warrants to arrest them and bring them to the Capitol. It’s all symbolic. Abbot said they’re going to try to vacate their seats but they’re just talking s***

Basically without the democrats there they can’t vote on approving the new map
