All there is is bars, restaurants and like 2 good clubs

No sight seeing or culture here

Most of the people that rep Houston so hard don’t even live inside the loop

Our sports team never make it past the conference championship if they do it’s by cheating

Yeah that’s literally the only reason to live here, but the cost of living argument really only applies to the suburbs / outside the 610 loop

The action is inside the 610 loop, but all the housing / rent prices are skyrocketing. If you want to live in the REAL Houston, the cost of living argument won’t last that much longer considering how much gentrification is happening

I mean it’s getting better. All the rich people are moving into the inner city, so there’s so much development and construction going on.

Investors are really trying to change Houston’s ā€œCorporateā€ image to a modern hip image. It makes sense considering so many people are leaving LA for Texas. Our biggest competitor is Austin. We have Midtown, Heights, Washington, EaDo. All Austin has is 6th street, but UT gives Austin life
