Instead of just maintaining the quarantine we went into “Phase 1”... the bars and clubs opened back up which cause the “2nd wave”

I rode through the city the other day and the bars are STILL open. No mask required

The parks are opening up now too. Grocery stores are a complete s*** show and schools are supposed to reopen in like 3 weeks.
