I'd say 2007 was the peak of Waynes rapping. After he lessened the gangsta and became more hippy & got the deranged but happy voice/flow due to increased d*** use, but before very late 2007/early 08 when the autotune and d**** was going OTT
2007 > 2006 = 2005 = 2008/2009
