Future has always been a "fast food" artist and I'm consistently shocked at the prestige people hold him at.

Yup
I like Future and he has a lot of great features and sometimes songs
But to pretend he’s some legend with classic albums or tapes is just silly
He’s def a lot better then the clowns music section hype up but that’s not saying much
Honestly I enjoyed the album a lot I still revisit it
Do you understand my overall sentiment or no

But future does have classic mixtapes and albums …
The point here is that his current stuff is systematic and soulless. The energy that he was able to cultivate w stuff like March Madness or albums like DS2 isn’t around anymore.
Everything sounds like a rerocked version of a past song/ album which I feel is akin to a large portion of rap music rn
I thought this too a week after the album. But anytime I actually put the album on it actually sounds really good. The Wizrd still Future’s best album to me, but this project still a bop
How tf is future not a legend?

S*** from DS2 / Monster / Hendrxx is like a good In N Out burger, and this new s*** is Burger King. There’s levels to this, and the idea that oh, this is just the usual for Future confuses me. He’s punching way below his weight on the project.
