uk has incredible hip hop. Scandinavia is pretty good too, as well as some slavic/Cyrillic countries like russia and ukraine. the memphis rap scenes there are tight.

france pretty good too. after that, s*** is either derivative trap, lo-fi beats to study to, or bring the 90s back derivative boom bap. that's as far as i've heard at least.

I bigged up the Dutch scene though lol. Netherlands are part of Scandinavia, and I said Scandinavia is dope haha. UK, Scandinavia, some of the Slavic/Cyrillic countries, and France, have great scenes. But the rest of Europe, which is a lot of f***in countries, is pretty corny.
