All these weed a***ogues outside of delta 9 thc (regular weed) people are selling these days can get u high but it’s a gamble with the quality unless u really know a reputable brand

delta 8 has been around the longest but the extra processing these products have to go through is kinda sus,

fine to experiment but don’t get caught up in wasting ur money forever on this s***, especially if u find ur self just wanting more and more it’ll never be enough

The loophole is that the D9-THC (what THCa becomes when heated) has to be less than 0.3%, in rec/med dispos this can be higher but does not change that fact it is regular ass weed being sold under the Farm Bill as "hemp"

(Hemp is just the industrial term for cannabis, there is no difference betweeen hemp and marijuana)

If something is being sold as a "THCa" edible its bullshit

Edibles they sell through the Farm Bill will have Delta 9 (regular THC) as the ingredient but as along it is 0.3% by total weight of the product it is legal
