Imagine Just Blaze, soul chopping Yeezy, neptunes, etc being the worst era for production
dont forget timbaland dropping hit after hit
So much changed culturally, musically, and technologically between 2000-2010. Early 2000s was like living on an entirely different planet compared to the end of the decade.
The transition from 2010-2020 didn't feel nearly as grandiose. You could pull a lot of rap from 2012 and release it today like it was new and you probably couldn't tell the difference. The Blueprint or Diplomatic Immunity coulda never dropped in 2010 without seeming anachronistic or culturally out of place, for example.

might not agree with everything you named but I agree. 2000s was the golden age of rap and probably the golden age of hip-hop soul. 90s was the child, 80s was the baby, 00s was the teenager up until your early adulthood and 10s is like everything after that
King of the south
Top 10-15 all time too..
T.I. was a whole different animal back then... I still play his old albums... i stopped listening to him after Paper Trail tho
I don't really like his new music or really his personality now...
