Tried playing this on my modern pc the other day to see how it holds up. With a 1070ti max settings it runs 35-45 FPS

definitely. will be interesting to see what happens with cp3 and kawhi. don't know what to make of the kawhi situation but the fact that he hasn't had surgery yet and isnt wearing a brace makes me think he'll be good to play. though i'm sure the fact that his contract is up after this season is playing into his decision to play or not though
