It’s not acidic like a typical arabica bean so perhaps.

I low-key think it really comes down to the roasting of the bean. The darker and less moisture there is the more acidic it will be.

It doesn’t exactly brew the dark brown/ black either it’s more dirty brown with bubbles which just means a lot of air is in the grind.

Srsly though my first girlfriend was incredibly pernickety about coffee so she taught me a lot and influenced my palette greatly
