There isn’t a player with more upside who is both tradable and currently on a contender imo

Plus Simmons has way more upside than people are suggesting
Dude is a multi time all star and him getting those selections wasn’t controversial either

On top of that i don’t think Portland keep him I see it as more a Chris Paul on the Thunder situation and they’ll move him for assets down the road

But Maxey, Simmons and like 4 first rounders makes sense to me as a trade for Lillard

Where else can he be a contender and get back solid value? Lakers can’t give anything neither can Clippers or Bucks, Phoenix would have to trade Booker or ayton, Utah don’t have s*** to trade, etc

What upside does Ben have? He most likely won’t become an elite shooter so he’ll have the same glaring limitations he has now. Giannis can’t shoot either but he doesn’t struggle to score. Ben won’t be worth s*** unless he learns how to shoot and I don’t think he’ll ever get that.
