So you agree with gun ownership being illegal but are okay with millions of illegal guns on the streets?
gun control doesnt mean zero legally owned guns man
All these illegal guns you talking about are being taken from legal gun owners via robbery or through trade show f*** ups anyway lol
Or they go to states where gun laws are laxed and by them there.

You were literally talking about gun buybacks lol

They are sold on the “black market.”
This started with a gun buyback post
Non criminals can turn in illegal guns or guns that weren’t registered.

Great film
A handgun is enough for anyone looking for self defense.
If your argument against that is some bullshit about being able to defend yourself against the government or some s***, lol if they brought tanks out your lil semi automatic rifle not gon do s*** to them anyways breh

The ideal world where gun ownership is illegal is the same ideal world where there are no guns on the streets. Neither is feasible so arguing semantics about it is pointless
But, stopping the flow of illegal weapons is a lot more feasible than banning guns. The ATF has been historically and purposefully underfunded by Republicans in Congress for that exact reason.
The political reality where gun confiscation becomes law is the same political reality where the ATF actually become a useful government organization. You can't have one without the other, so your framing here is completely bogus
I think it just sets a bad precedent for people to start stepping down from jobs just because local media wants them too
F*** that. Let them get the woman coach they wanted and take a chance on how that works out for them.
Ive heard this argument my whole life and I don’t understand the mentality honestly. Even if you could only prevent 1 mass shooting out of 100 by having stricter gun laws, why wouldn’t you?
His buddy justbpissing on his deck lmaoooo

That’s literally what I’m saying. I agree with Biden empowering atf, that’s the best way forward here. But you can’t make all these gun laws and not empower atf to get the illegal guns off the streets.

The actual idea is that the government can only engage in so much of that kind of warfare against it's own citizens

Because it’s their 2A right to have guns. You hear them speak enough they go on and say they shouldn’t be any restriction on gun buying so they can defend themselves against the government if that day is ever needed.

Okay you prevent a school shooting but 300 ppl die in Chicago in 6 months with illegal guns from gang violence. Is your sentiment basically “we can’t save everybody?”
