Okay YeahIt started from being raised Muslim, I’m not a Muslim any more.
Now it’s just a fear that it will become my coping mechanism to deal with my anxiety. I get really really anxious about lots of things. Maybe I’ll give alcohol a try once I have a good handle on that.
