The ManCrazy part is that idk how much more id honestly be making with a degree than I am now. If I can do 50-60k without one the degree would have to be at least double that to justify the cost tbh
I mean it depends on the industry you’re in and what competitor salaries look like. You gotta look into that kind of stuff and compare
And if u find you’re near the ceiling in said field/area than that’s when u gotta ask yourself if you’re satisfied with that
