heard about a case like this in the states where a farm owner got tired of kids snowmobiling through his tractor lanes in the middle of the night
so he set up chain at head height with no marking in the middle of one of the paths and the kid got decapitated
p sure he got charged with homicide
yeah but i think that guy saw the kids snowmobiling around his property before and he did it with malicious intent i dont remember the story exactly tho
