And people need to remember the Pelicans are a good offensive team this year. They were so bad because they can’t guard anybody. Adding JC would just make it worse
The thing people don't understand is that at the end of the season, the Pels were also a good defensive team. Jaxson Hayes actually produced and the Zion/Hayes lineup was one of the best defensive lineups in the league in the last few months
The goal was always to let Adams coach and big up Hayes until he becomes good enough, share his minutes with him next year and trade Adams. Seens like a good plan but Zion fam not taking it
