i relate 100% brother dw

my tests came back w a bunch of vitamin deficiencies so if u have insurance id have ur doctor test ur blood for some s***

if u dont have insurance then basic multi supplements/vitamins and plenty of water helps too

whole time the reason i could only eat snack foods was cuz i was only eating snack foods lol

u just gotta gradually get onto a more stable / healthy diet
