Yeah, 100%. His episodes on mental health I think are some of his best content. Some of the psychiatric-focused guests have also been the most interesting and really shed details on important but controversial information in a concise manner
yeah seem like he gonna have tons of good info for me since i've had 2-3 big concussions plus one TBI already, not to mention 16 fractures lol. anything to do with the nervous system, pain, healing, etc. is just what I need. Thanks for the recc man

Have listened to many of his pods, he always comes at things from a scientific angle.
Never sounds cultish, seems like a very genuine person.
