I think it'll be fine. I trust Gunn knows what he's doing. DCU's Batman will be very different to Pattinson's Batman. They'll probably also highlight other Gotham characters outside of the ones Matt Reeves chooses to focus on in his Batman movies. It'll be fine imo.
