Gotta be a really young Robin (this Bruce is definitely not ready for that responsibility) or the antagonist might genuinely make him lose his mind

My goodness
He would be a perfect Robin I can’t believe this is the first time I’m seeing this fancast
Tomlin hyping it
Bruce Wayne tries Ayahuasca in Chile, calling it now

He’s got the edge that a new orphan would need
I think its an awesome fan casting but 15-16 seems a bittt old for introducing D*** Grayson. I don't think they're gonna short change this IF they go for it.
This is Pattinson back in 2022: “Yeah, but he has to be 13, that’s the only way I’ll accept.” D*** is usually like 10 when he's adopted but even if you push that up a bit, early teens is still the way to go imo. Someone who'll noticeably look older and taller by Part III.
You also don't need a notable actor for this you can also just open-cast and make a star out of whatever elite child actor is picked just like that Cooper. Same with something like Dafne Keen as Laura/X-23 in Logan.
Is Bruce ever ready for the responsibility tho? Like its not like he planned to adopt a child it was an impulse decision to seeing a kid who also witnessed his parents murder. Its having Grayson around that elevates his character further and anchors him.
I think The Batman left the door open for him to do something similar if they decide to. They did not hide his empathy to orphans at all with mayors son (only lost his dad sure) and Riddler (neglected orphan). I feel like the only way Reeves would ever do this if it was indeed a Bruce who seemed unfit for it and doubts himself
You’re right, I don’t think Matt would do it without it being a challenge for Bruce.
I don’t believe it’s a coincidence that most of the major characters so far have been orphans and/or neglected children. It’s not a reach to say that Bruce will not only help Gotham by doing all the boring business stuff, but also change atleast one of those neglected kids lives by helping his mirror image (Dick) grow into a better person/hero than he could ever be
It just fits too damn well!!!
Walk with me

Am I crazy or do they look alike (or are they just very British lol)
Court of Owls please.

Absolute Batman an entire menace

In amazement that after completing everything he could have possibly done with the character, Scott Snyder STILL came back to expand the possibilities of Batman further with Absolute. Really insane stuff
While on topic of comics, huge crossover beginning soon. Glad Marvel and DC are back to doing stuff like this
Absolute Batman an entire menace

I really should get to reading this, every new thing I see of this is Batman straight up going through hell
Absolute Batman an entire menace

They gotta release animated movies, a decade ago a movie for this comic would have been announced by now.
DC had the edge over Marvel in this regard.

Feels like animated film division dried up oddly when DC Studios was born (or maybe more so WBD merger). I wanted to comment on this in the Dynamic Duo thread.
We don't really have like a DCAU type thing anymore, or a space for routine animated projects and comic adaptations outside of DCU. Even when quality of those projects were spotty, it was always nice to have as part of a larger DC package which Marvel never quite figured out fully.
Marvel's slightly exploited that gap with stuff like X-Men '97 and their new video games but still not the same
