Just read into the other delays...Abrahms finished production nearly a year ago, test screened (which made WB want IMAX 70mnm prints), and the conclusion was to delay it nearly a year?

i like this concept that matt reeves will simply have no choice but to be in charge of DC
he can't make a batman movie in 6 years, he has expressed zero interest in heading DC
this was delayed cus of a s***ty JJ abrams movie and nothing else

Why would Matt want to run DC? What's the point?
There's a reason he stays tucked in his own corner and maintains his production deals. Like if there was that much passion in a wider DC he'd just do it in his universe.
As it stands he actually has no pressure other than making 1 film at a time. I think TBP2 could potentially push as high as that, but he'd just maintain current course and re-up his WB deal. Being a studio head is a burden and he basically can do whatever as it stands anyways
