OHMNIMentally unstable isn’t an excuse for bad writing man. The better you write your villains the better the movie stands test of time and hero
Joker is mentally unstable in the dark knight and heath ledger was mentally unstable in real life because of the role but the plot of why he did what he did made sense ….
Stop trying to act like people are being unreasonable
Bane letting Batman live to foil his plan and Talia Al ghoul f***ing Batman in missionary to later die is also bad writing
This isn’t a comic book this is a movie and the best movies don’t layout a great plot then just say “ he crazy so he going to do what irrational so we can give the hero a win “

Jul 15, 20242wordsIt was never about it being far fetched tbh, it just wasn’t interesting or exciting. Anticlimactic story structure to have the villain locked up and the climax is to fight losers
That’s what made it unique and interesting imo. It’s making a statement about the power of influence and it ties in beautifully with Batman’s character arc.
