amazing album art/packaging. my only real gripe with the album is a very loud snoring noise on one song

Exile on Main St is easily their masterpiece and one of the goat rock albums for me but knowing yours and Ithaka's taste i think youd both be the type to think its trash lol. (a bit of a polarizing album )

yeh i do like that song and i get why brian loves it: we all are fascinated by our oppositions or what we can’t excellence at

brian is obviously a very mellow songwriter, he shines through his ballads and slow sad song, so hearing a song like this gives him a kick

david bowie had the same trait: he adored punk bc he could never pull off punk himself, he is by nature great in his style but couldn’t work that out, that’s why he loved stooges so much and produced iggy, it was him projecting
