Let It Bleed definitely a good choice, but I feel like you might like Between the Buttons too even though its not super similar to Satanic Majesties its still a bit different sound from them (not much is in their discog)

it really depends on how much "rootsiness" you like, if you think you can appreciate the perfect amalgamation of American music styles (blues, rock&roll, country, gospel, etc) while still developing them and not being backwards-looking then Exile on Main St. is the one
