That’s hard af because Lowkey too many I like the whole in the wall spots and not chains. I found this spot in portage park I believe that was great can’t think of the name for the life of me

I would never ask for chains 🗣️
Besides that spot that you can't remember are there any that you can think of - you don't gotta drop em all just anything you can call back to memory?

surprisingly smooth considering the first two soft launch days we still had construction guys on site 2 hours before doors open. on our official media launch the power to the building switched off 3 times but we got thru it 🕺
but the floor foh is so green i literally had to workshop carrying 3 plates and how to clear tables properly, but at least they’re enthusiastic

Construction right before open, you really living the show
Are you working at one restaurant or do you help multiple restaurants get started?

bro last minute construction is so s***, tryna mop/sweep/vacuum before guests arrive is ass. plus the residual dust is gonna be around for like a month
i’m just working at the one, i’ve opened a venue as a waiter before. this is my first time doing it in a management role
my friend who offered me this job does that tho. she’s the GM for the opening process and then in a few months she’s leaving to do some consulting or whatever
Ayo Edebiri doing method acting by being the busiest women in the industry and on the show
I think the fact they’re filming them back to back means it’ll end with 4 seasons

The fact they are taking the time to film S3 & S4 back to back pretty much confirms the show will end with that right?
