Anthology 2 has some gems on it, one of their best post-breakup releases. Excited to expand it with more Revolver tracks, and hopefully RS and MMT tracks later on
why is the bass on I’m Only Sleeping so f***ing loud

I literally laughed out loud
3 tracks in + this is hittin wonderfully, I'm thankful I grew up on the 2009 remasters tho
Giles Martin has the midus-touch with these new mixes.
She Said She Said is in my top 10 Beatles tracks, and it's become even better with this new release :gilesjoice:
I really like the remix. If nothing else it’s miles ahead of the 2009 remaster. I normalized how weird some of those songs were mixed, but hearing them updated is refreshing.
I feel like the only one that desperately needed the remix was Sgt. peppers. Listening to that one was like listening to the album for the first time again.
Excited to see what they do with rubber soul. Tons of glitches that need to be corrected.
Rain might be Ringo's finest moment as a drummer 🤔
pretty sure he said it’s his best drum performance

Interesting i think Good Morning Good Morning and She Said She Said are also stand outs.

Ticket to Ride is my fav, not so much from a performance aspect but creative one
hopefully next year
amem to that. rubber soul is the one who really needs a remastered edition
@Elric what do you think? 🤔 😏
I think I listened to mono and stereo Revolver so many times for the last year of this thread;

that this will be lost on me rn
