After seeing Parasite — and now that this decade is coming to a close — I recently got inspired to make a rough list of my favorite films in the past ten years.

Here’s what I came up with:

    rateyourmusic.com/list/m3ntalpoptart/my-favorite-films-of-the-2010s

    How bout ya’ll?

I have trouble remembering films I've seen and when they came out, because you don't rewatch as much as you replay music. I need to make an IMDB.

    That said:

    No "A Seperation"
    No "Winter's Bone"
    No "Burning"
    No "Moonlight:

    all worthy of consideration IMO

Is this the official thread for this topic? I made a tier list of my picks earlier for other sites and figured I'd post it here as well, but wasn't sure this was the right place cause of how few replies this thread has...

Anyway, here's my faves of the decade (the lists in each tier are unranked):

All of the films listed are chosen from ones I've rated between 4.5 and 5 stars on LB. I was gonna add more tiers to include the 4 star films (and a few 4.5s I didn't choose), but felt like 3 top tiers was enough as it is. There's just so many other films that are definitely worth mentioning but didn't make these top 3 tiers. Lots of excellent stuff got left out unfortunately.
