Halo 3 just for the multiplayer experience omg. The memories of playing custom games with a huge group of friends. Oh man... the good times

    This was so beautiful...

3 for me. It just nailed everything perfectly

    To make it brief

    The right answer is 2

1 was revolutionary as a game not so much from a story standpoint but multiplayer hard as a b**** to get into these days especially on Mcc there’s just way too many og tryhards

2 was near perfect in every regard

3 builds off 2 in many ways but fails to recapture what made 2 special (just seems slower in both campaign and multiplayer)

ODST campaign was beautiful and had incredible tone also introduced firefight which was pretty fun with a bunch of modifiers

Reach was great but spelt troubles for multiplayer with armour abilities, campaign was tight as f*** however

4 had an exceptional campaign story but the weakest multiplayer in the series (seriously the dropoff in players for this game on a line graph is ridiculous)

5 had the absolute weakest campaign in terms of good concepts but just applied so f***ing poorly (forerunner story being explored is insanely cool and is what i wanted more of since i was young playing this, but done so poorly in 5) INCREDIBLE multiplayer though, nostalgia aside this s*** parallels 2

Worried about Infinite at this point because its due to release this year and we know literally f***ing nothing about this game but to break the dev cycle and extend it by a few years is promising

What we have seen is promising but the fact that 343 is losing crucial team members this close to launch is kinda worrying

INFINITE WILL MAKE OR BREAK HALO AS A SERIES IT WILL BE THE BEST OR WORST HALO NO IN BETWEEN

Make or break? they already lost with halo 4 5 and mcc, all ass. Mcc is decent now, but halo is dead, infinite isnt going to be good. Theyve proven they cant make a good halo game 4 times in a row now

2 is the GOAT. Reach's campaign is incredible tho. Bungie went out on a high note.

Reach multiplayer was trash because they took the Shadowrun dev team and tried to turn Halo into that. When I wanna play Shadowrun, I'll put Shadowrun in, not Halo.
