Probably BP3 overall
BP2 definitely has some tracks that show off some of Hov’s best tracks lyrically. But it also has some of his worst. Too many high highs and low lows make it such an uneven album
BP3 is extremely consistent and a lot of his most mainstream friendly songs. Even the lows aren’t that bad. And ofc you have Run This Town and Empire State Of Mind. Extremely consistent album with a lot of slept on tracks
BP3 is definitely the better album but BP2 is also super slept on and considered a “miss” when it’s not even that bad. Just too much bloat. Woulda did numbers in the streaming era tho lol
