so i was rewatchin supernatural (kripke era ) and few things:
first 5 seasons are so great , very similar to the boys where , first 4 seasons are huge build up and everything is resloved in season 5 , BUT, things move faster in spn than in the boys..... and spn have 22 episodes per season. so question is: would the boys profit if they have , more episodes - lets say 15..... maybe some plots would have been resolved faster and they would quicker go to grand finale.....
example: whole season 3 storyline could have been resolved in 3-4 episodes if they have 22 or 15 episodes per season , or even 10...
of course that numbers of episodes dosent mean automatic quality , but in case of the boys - more episodes could have more faster move on plot points.....

Smart move. Gonna be sad when it ends but don’t wanna see it drag.
Btw what's with this "S4 is clearly making fun of Maga" narrative some ppl are touting. Like that hasnt been the case in the previous seasons.
great news

To be fair it’s getting a lil heavy handed now, which is teetering on corny. At least before there’s was an attempt to be subtle
Kripke definitely saw some backlash from that previous statement. That or Anthony starr is getting sick of the role and the show ends with along with him

Kind of a bummer that he's had some good performances in Banshee but he'll always be known as Homelander. I get it, but...
