Almost wrote a high key brag post about the opportunities living in CA has brought to me. But I’ll just say this instead: As a single black bi male in his 20’s I don’t think there’s any place I’d be able to be myself in more than here. Glad I moved here, LA in specific.
I’ve been here for a little over a month fyi, technically more but I went back home not long after I got here for my grandfather’s birthday and I didn’t even have furniture for 90% of that time.

Better than I was expecting tbh. I meet new people and get invited to something new like every other weekend. Going to a house warming this weekend these girls I met invited me to.
And why tf does everyone here ask for IG? Like random strangers have asked for my IG. I didn’t have one at first just made one this week because mf ask for that before a phone number.

How is SF? I've been avoiding companies that want to make me move there. Plan on visiting to see, news been saying it's having a hard time recovering to it's pre-pandemic state.
Need a no car day every week

Please for the love of god just for the traffic alone
I absolutely love this
At the same time I feel for people who live in an apartment or something where they don’t have charging infrastructure.
Hydrogen powered cars are truly the way to go in that case (they’re also way more green friendly than electric cars), but as someone that drove a Toyota Mirai for 3 years before I got my Tesla, let me be the first to say, the infrastructure is extremely frustrating and from what I’ve seen from the Mirai FB group I’m still in, is still a massive problem.
The companies that supply hydrogen are getting a blank check right now (because when you lease a hydrogen car you get a credit card that pays for virtually all of your gas for the life of your lease), and they slack as a result. There’s also not enough competition, and worst of all, cities take FOREVER to approve permitting for new hydrogen stations.
But anyway, I hope this helps speed the process along!
