Well we all have to work so yes it’s preferable to have a job you enjoy?

This anti-work s*** getting co-opted by lazy ass people. I get that the old boomer mentality of letting companies chew you up and spit you out so you can make peanuts while they rake in the dough is antiquated and a result of years of brainwashing and marketing.

However, there is merit to being a working contributor to collective society and finding your lane to happiness. Imagine being a grown adult doing f***ing nothing all day, contributing nothing, and then going to sleep to wake up and do it again. But also expect something from society? How would healthcare for all work if you not gonna work?

The invalidation of some people's idea of what a good life without taking into account someone's relative outlook on life is very privileged

All of this is completely irrelevant to the topic

No, you’re wrong. Topic has nothing at all to do with not working. The topic is strictly about the concept of a dream job.

It was pretty straight forward. Capitalism on paper is good. Capitalism in its current form is not. By “slight touch of communism” I mean things like labor unions

So then wtf is your point because you said verbatim "I don't dream of working for anyone." Uhhh, most jobs you working for someone.

Dream job isn't the job itself, it's the life associated with the job. The perks, the contribution to your personal well-being. Me personally I'm a lot happier when I got a pocket full of cash than not.

So any job is just a run of the mill job and once you get one you can't aspire for anything greater because it's all just pointless toiling? Like what's your point because I'm confused.

Like be content with regular working or never want a better job, because if you aren't a CEO of your own business or some s*** it's not good?
