My thing with these movies is that most haunted house movies are sort of like wallpaper to me, and then casting Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson is like putting wallpaper on wallpaper. I'm not saying they're bad actors they're just... wallpaper.

I didn't find the monster design that scary, they actually reminded me of the monsters in the Until Dawn movie

Movie was solid. Kinda surprised Michael Chaves did a somewhat decent job. He’s directed the worst movies that are apart of this universe lol.

You should watch them in order IMO just for stories sake. Even the s***tier movies will kinda make a bit more sense in context with the rest of the movies. Not many movies I’d consider truly bad in this series but some definitely worse than others.

Saw this tonight. Found it to be quite average how the helle is the priest the only person that dies in this movie and not even in the house
