The Dark Knight was the best

I was there for the midnight screening of Rises (in IMAX 70mm) and I left the theatre in total disbelief of how horrendous it was
And for that reason I find solace in the fact that they made TDK as if no 3rd film was even going to exist (they went all out in TDK and it shows).

Rises is good actually
