How long ago was it you took the test? Your archetype can change throughout your life, especially if you are on the cusp of a super trait. They're not perfect 1:1 examinations of the human psyche, so discrepancies are acceptable.

Wouldn't hurt to take it again. The website with the personality test recommends you don't take the test more than once every 6 months.

People's personality can't be charactarized as certain archetypes, it's continuous. Personality traits are also distributed normally, not bimodally. This is why pretty much everybody's archetype changes when they retake the test.

The traits themselves are also just incomplete versions of the big 5 personality test.

    There's a reason psychologists don't recommend it.

I feel like I addressed every concern you have in the OP. This isn’t intended to be a psychiatric evaluation nor a replacement for one. The purpose is to condense some similarities via the use of a few archetypes to casually encourage introspection.

It’s much simpler to condense the process into very loose definitions that can address unique attitudes while also still being quite general and easy to incorporate everyone into. Structure is needed to make this process easier to engage with, so the personality types present some overhead.

I find it much more encouraging to work off this system, as it is designed to not make decisions regarding a consensus, like astrology or numerology. You can also influence how your personality works by actively changing your habitual attitude. It’s just one of the many psychological models that can be used as a stepping stone to self improvement.

Regardless, I feel there are many ideas here in this test that have merit. The purpose here anyway is to encourage and suggest through some light advice. It is not commandeering or absolutist, much like other “psych evals”.
