I’ve never tripped completely alone, so I can’t speak to this necessarily but I’ve had trips with the majority of the trip I spent alone whether it was like walking in a forest by the river for a few hours or lying In bed listenin et fears or something. But I can’t tell if you’re asking about tripping by yourself? Versus tripping with friends or a partner, or if you’re asking about like having Someone sober around to make sure youre good?

I think the risks of doing common dose acid alone are probably overstated, but that being said you should have experience doing it before you just do like a solo trip with no one around. And someone should know that you’re tripping at least so that you could call them if anything goes wrong or what not I don’t know. Shrooms are a different story imo, they give me DMT breakthrough deja vu which is like double deja vu (DMT breakthrough gave me intense deja vu)

I asked because I recently had a chance to do shrooms but I decided not to because it would’ve been with randos, but I’m thinking maybe I could have or would have gotten some benefits out of tripping regardless

tbh probably not a bad call to have held off given that it was with randos

ideally if you're gonna trip with other people you know them well, cause you can kinda gauge how things will be while tripping versus a random person

that being said, trips with friends sometimes people do weird stuff in general so it could've been a good time w the randos, idk hard to say tbh

every situation is different I guess

did you get their contacts/did they seem chill tho? im assuming you've never tried a psych other than maybe weed? (most ppl wont call weed psychedelic but its in that class still, just lower down on the totem pole)

Usually I am very open to trying new things and hanging out with random people, but I was more hesitant this time because it's true, I've never tried psychs before. I think it would have ended up going fine though. And this was while traveling so if I do trip sometime I doubt it's going to be with them lol
