I would imagine so. I'm the wrong person to ask really, I also eat meat. I just eat insects for the variety. Keep the diet fresh, you know? We have a little shop here that sells them in a bag, kinda comparable to like a nuts snack mix. These are already prepared so you can just munch on them whenever. Flies I catch myself for example I'd just throw in the blender because I'm scared of not preparing it right.
